What are the shipping charges?

Local Delivery
Shipping charges for local delivery are based on your pin code. Our Local delivery charges start from Rs.45. We offer free delivery for order values above Rs.2000. The delivery rate calculator is available at the checkout page.

Delivery outside Chennai

We can ship packaged food products by courier out of Chennai. However, we cannot ship refrigerated/frozen products. All our orders are packed in corrugated boxes with appropriate care. Delivery Charges start from Rs.200 for pan India shipping. We provide icebox packing for our bulk orders on special requests.

What is the estimated delivery time?

All our local delivery orders placed within Chennai are usually delivered within 24 hours. Delivery information specific to your pin code is displayed during checkout.
The Delivery time for orders placed outside Chennai is 4-7 days.

How will the delivery be done?

Our local orders are delivered through reliable agencies with delivery staff who have soft skill training and food handling knowledge. We also use companies like Dunzo, Lynk, and We fast to deliver orders within Chennai.

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, Aramex, E-come, DTDC, DHL, and Fed-ex. In some cases, your pin code is not serviceable by these courier companies, We use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
